Clinical Deputy Manager

1four1 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a lovely care home in Romford for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional with strong clinical leadership skills who is committed to maintaining high standards of care and supporting a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and support nursing and care teams.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding

requirements.

• Support audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance management.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Support staffing and rota planning.
• Respond to incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
• Take responsibility for the home in the Home Manager’s absence.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• A proactive approach and the ability to lead by example.
• A commitment to developing and supporting staff.
