About the Role

All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a specialist manufacturer in Marks Tey, Colchester, to recruit Production Operatives. No experience is needed, as full training is provided.

This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with a permanent role available after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery (full training given).
• Assemble kits, gaskets, and small parts by hand.
• Check products for quality and accuracy.
• Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Candidate

Requirements & Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good with your hands and comfortable doing fiddly, precise work.
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn.
