Clinical Role Overview
RUAG sucht eine Teamleitung Mechanics Super Puma zur fachlichen und personellen Leitung des Mechanikerteams im Base-Maintenance-Bereich. Sie steuern Wartung, Inspektion und Modifikationen gemäß EASA Part-145 und MOE-Regularien.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO und Quality zusammen, optimieren Prozesse und Kapazitäten, fördern Safety und Qualität und übernehmen Verantwortung in stressigen Wartungssituationen.
