Licorne Society recherche un Customer Success Manager (H/F) pour accompagner ses clients grands comptes dans la transformation digitale et l’adoption des solutions SaaS/IA sur Azure.
Vous reportez au Senior Client Partner et garantissez la satisfaction, la qualification des besoins, et le pilotage budgétaire tout au long du cycle de projet, jusqu’au déploiement et à la mise en production.
Vous collaborez avec Engineering et Produit pour prioriser les évolutions et coordonner les livrables.
