Clinical Role Overview
OpenTable in Italy is seeking an Account Manager based in Florence to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal and growth. You will help partners leverage OpenTable technology to optimize reservations, guest experiences, and business performance.
This remote role requires regular travel across the territory and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
