Reprographics Technician – Secondary School – Haringey

Location: Haringey, North London

Position: Reprographics Technician

Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Daily Rate: £90 – £115 per day

Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a reliable, organised and experienced Reprographics Technician to join a welcoming secondary school based in the London Borough of Haringey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong reprographics, IT and administrative skills who is looking to work within a busy school environment.

You will play an important role in supporting teachers and other school staff by ensuring high-quality educational resources and materials are produced accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, laminators and binding machines

Produce high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, examination papers, booklets and other school documents

Manage and prioritise printing and reprographics requests from teaching and administrative staff

Ensure materials are produced accurately and within required deadlines

Monitor stock levels of paper, toner, ink and other reprographics supplies

Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels

Carry out basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers and other equipment

Liaise with staff regarding printing

requirements and document formatting

Maintain a clean, organised and efficient reprographics area

Provide additional administrative support to the school when required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within reprographics, printing, administration or a similar role.

Previous experience working within a school or educational environment would be highly desirable.

You should also have:

Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

Experience using printers, photocopiers and other reprographics equipment

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational and time-management skills

The ability to prioritise a busy workload

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A professional, reliable and proactive approach

The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider school team
