Clinical Role Overview
Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Respiratory Specialist Nurse to deliver expert respiratory care in community and clinic settings across Mid Notts. The post supports GP practices and respiratory consultants, promoting self-management and reducing hospital admissions.
You will assess and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions, develop care plans, and work within the Cardio Respiratory Team and MDT in a flexible, patient-centred manner.
