Support Worker - Extra Care for 55+, Full-Time
Clinical Role Overview
Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Extra Care Scheme at Stanbridge House in Banbury. You will help residents over 55 maintain independence by assisting with personal care and light domestic tasks, and by supporting participation in social and recreational activities.
You will work 37.5 hours per week on shifts from 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, with alternate weekends, contributing to a compassionate, respectful, and dignified standard of care across the on-site flats.
