Clinical Role Overview
Bolton Council is seeking a Leaving Care Support Worker to assist young people aged 16–25 as they transition from care into independent living. You will work within the Children’s Services team to provide flexible, person-centred support, building trust and coordinating pathways with partner agencies.
The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, relevant experience, and a commitment to safeguarding.
