We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC Tech brands to help them hire for a Performance Marketing Lead to join their London team. The brand is trusted by millions of customers worldwide and they are continuing to invest heavily in product innovation, marketing and AI making this a really exciting role!

The Performance Marketing Lead will own the growth strategy across a portfolio of established European markets, taking full responsibility for acquisition performance, budget allocation, creative direction and channel expansion. Rather than simply managing campaigns, you'll have the autonomy to make commercial decisions, test new ideas and build strategies that directly influence business growth.

This isn't a traditional performance marketing position where campaigns are handed to you. You'll own your markets like your own business, deciding where investment should go, identifying untapped opportunities and working collaboratively with creative teams to bring new ideas to life.

Role Highlights:

• Own acquisition strategy across multiple European markets with full commercial accountability
• Manage significant paid media budgets across Meta, Google and emerging acquisition channels
• Work closely with creative specialists to shape market-specific campaigns and messaging
• Identify new growth opportunities through testing, experimentation and channel diversification
• Present commercial insights and performance recommendations to senior leadership

You Will Need:

• Come from a DTC Ecommerce background - Ideally Subscription, App, Consumer
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads
• Previous experience working with creative teams - ability to bridge performance data and creative direction
• Ability to combine commercial analysis with creative thinking
• Confidence using AI to improve reporting, optimisation and campaign performance
• Experience working with EU markets is a bonus
• Self-starter, likes having ownership, entrepreneurial and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
