Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement brand marketing strategies for Italy and CEE region in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
• - Own the regional brand communication/propagation plan; coordinate integrated online and offline marketing campaigns; formulate and drive execution of the annual marketing plan.
• - Work closely with Category leads and the GTM team to develop local product marketing and communication plans.
• - Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including exhibitions, retail terminal/retail outlet promotions, and consumer experience events, to increase brand visibility and user participation.
• - Maintain close collaboration with regional sales teams, channels, and other HQ teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently.
• - Manage and coordinate local marketing and events agencies, media, and other partners to ensure project quality and execution effectiveness.
• - Create and manage the marketing budget; continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing investment efficiency and ROI.
• - Build and continuously improve the regional brand assets; ensure brand image and communication content comply with the company’s global brand guidelines, while also reflecting local market characteristics.

Requirements

• - At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
• - Experience in local marketing.
• - Proactive, responsible, and able to handle pressure; willing to travel moderately.
• - Strong skills in business negotiation, customer relationship management, and teamwork/collaboration.
