Clinical Role Overview
Carmichael UK in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a £30m NEC4 Option A rail project. You will own all commercial activities from quotation through final account and act as the principal interface with the client.
You will mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, drive commercial governance, manage compensation events, early warnings, and change control, and collaborate with project teams to deliver value and protect margins.
