Continued growth has created thisopportunity is for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the largest residential development team'sin the UK

Theteamactfor PLC, regional and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters and PRS investors & developers, across awide range of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments

The Role

You will handle avaried caseload, including:

• High-value residential development and investment projects
• Collaboration agreements and development agreements
• Advising on rights of pre-emption
• Conditional contracts, transfers and options

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+year's PQE
• Background in residential development work
• Solicitors with a mixed background in real estate and development should get in touch
