Clinical Role Overview
Wyre Forest District Council is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio of over 250 assets. The role covers lease negotiations, rent reviews, valuations and property marketing to maximise income and support the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
You will work in a hybrid capacity with on-site or office days and may attend evening meetings. Closing date is 22 November 2026; job share/part time considered.
