Clinical Role Overview
Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Healthy Lifestyle Practitioner (Band 7) to operationally lead the Power Up! weight management service for children and young people.
The role covers two pathways (digital and non-digital) and includes line management of a Band 3 Administrator and oversight of referrals, onboarding, engagement, outcomes and reporting. The post is part-time (30 hours per week) with autonomy to drive service improvements and coordinate monthly
