Clinical Role Overview
Biffa is seeking an Operations Manager at the Uckfield Depot to lead supervisors and their teams in delivering safe, reliable waste collections, recycling and street cleansing services. You will ensure high levels of customer service while meeting contract KPIs and adhering to Biffa policies and health and safety rules.
You will manage training, inductions, reporting, and relationships with clients, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the operation.
