Position

The Team Manager manages a team on the sales floor, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and targets are achieved. Coordinates team execution, supports performance and maintains consistency in client experience and operational standards.

1. Be the ambassador of Loro Piana to our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and the cultural values which are an intricate part of our Maison.

3. Ensure high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence in all activities.

1. Drive sales performance within assigned area by setting targets, monitoring results and implementing actions to improve performance.

3. Guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting efficient workflows and coordination with operations teams.
