Job Title: New Business Financial Advisor

Location: Remote

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a longstanding client of ours as they look to recruit a New Business Financial Advisor. This is a brand new, exciting role for someone that doesn’t have a transferable book and likes to win new business. You will be working closely with the lead generation team, that will provide all the leads, you just have to win the business.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and responding promptly to inbound leads generated through the firm’s marketing strategy.
• Conducting structured initial discovery meetings to understand client objectives, existing arrangements, concerns, and suitability for the firm’s proposition.
• Building rapport and trust with prospective clients through high-quality advice and professional relationship management.
• Converting opportunities into assets under management through effective financial planning and investment advice.
• Maintaining a strong conversion pipeline and proactively manage prospects through each stage of the advice journey.
• Delivering investment-focused advice including pensions, ISAs, general investment accounts, retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, and wealth management strategies. Ensuring all this is in line with FCA Regulations.
• Accurately document client interactions and recommendations within CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with paraplanning, administration, compliance, and onboarding teams.

What you will have:

• Previous experience as a regulated Financial Adviser / Wealth Adviser.
• Experience working within a lead generation or inbound enquiry environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales capability within a regulated advice framework.
• Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills.
