To accelerate our expansion in Italy, we are looking for a visionary, resourceful, and results-driven, full-time B2B Investment Promotion Manager (招商经理) based in our Milan Office who possesses deep roots in the Italian retail ecosystem.

The Role: Strategic Empowerment & Category Growth

This is not just a sourcing or sales job. In this full-time role, you will be the strategic architect of our product ecosystem. You will select, negotiate, and introduce high-potential products—specifically in Kitchenware, Stationery, and Daily Chemicals (厨房、文具、日化)—to empower Siyou’s B2B merchants, helping them increase their market competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Merchant Empowerment: Identify and curate high-demand products that add strong value to Siyou’s B2B clients; formulate and execute long-term category strategies to drive platform GMV.
• Supplier & Brand Acquisition (招商): Lead end-to-end investment promotion, scouting, and onboarding of top-tier suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors within Italy and Europe.
• Category Management: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for key categories, including Kitchenware (厨房用品), Stationery (文具), and Daily Chemicals (日化).
• Supply Chain Optimization: Leverage your deep knowledge of the Italian retail landscape to negotiate optimal pricing, payment terms, and logistics setups, ensuring a resilient supply chain.
• Market Insights: Analyze Italian consumer and business trends to proactively adjust product sourcing strategies.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Local Retail/Supermarket Expertise (Crucial): Proven experience in the supply chain, purchasing, or business development sectors of Italian local supermarket chains (e.g., Happy Casa, Coop, Tigotà, Acqua & Sapone, Eurospin, etc.).
• Category Expertise: Deep familiarity with the supplier networks and market dynamics of Kitchenware, Stationery, and/or Daily Chemicals.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to formulate long-term business strategies rather than just executing transactional buying.
• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in both English and Italian (Mandarin is a strong plus but not mandatory).
• Negotiation & Network: Exceptional negotiation skills with an existing, strong network of local Italian suppliers and distributors.
• Work Location: Ability to work full-time at our Milan Office.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: High autonomy, comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B e-commerce environment.
