• Hours and Days of Work: Full-time, 37 hours per week; varying shifts between 8.00 am–9.00 pm, weekdays and weekends
• Essential Experience: Physical disability support or strong interest, personal care, animal-friendly
• Driver Required: Yes – automatic wheelchair-accessible vehicle, rural journeys
• Family Pets: Dogs, horses, alpacas and ponies

This rewarding role suits a positive, reliable Support Worker who enjoys building genuine relationships, is confident driving, and is happy providing personal care. Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities is welcomed, although enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends and occasional family holidays is essential.
