The Role

Working alongside experienced care professionals, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.

• Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively.

• Support residents to maintain dignity, choice and independence.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.

• Passionate about delivering person-centred care.

• Confident in making clinical decisions and managing priorities effectively.

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
