As an Agency Support Worker, you'll work across a range of services, providing person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal development
• Promoting independence and encouraging choice.
• Providing emotional support and building positive relationships.
• Assisting with community access, appointments, and activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams and following individual support plans.
