An exciting opportunity for a Community Care Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated community care team, supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes across Newcastle.

You’ll be joining a passionate team where your work genuinely makes a difference to the people you support in Kingswood, Fishponds, Patchway & Stoke Gifford.

What we’re looking for

Previous care experience preferred, ideally 12+ months

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it

Community care experience advantageous

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential

Caring, reliable and motivated attitude

New to care? That’s absolutely fine. Full training and support will be provided.
