Residential Support Worker (Children)

Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 + £50 per sleep-in

Full-Time | 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

Join a new, high-spec children's home with a reputable, Ofsted-regulated provider. We're looking for passionate, caring individuals to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma or challenges.

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting

Build positive relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and development

Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities

Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals

Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standardsWho We're Looking For:
