Clinical Sales Specialist – Critical Care & Renal

Northern England | Field Based

Circa £59,000 + £9,000 car allowance + £3,000 pager allowance + c.20% bonus

Are you an experienced medical device sales professional with a clinical background in Critical Care, ICU or Renal/Dialysis?

This is an opportunity to bring both sides of your experience together with a specialist medical technology business that is growing its presence across Northern England.

You'll take ownership of developing the territory, building new hospital relationships and selling a specialist portfolio of dialysis and CRRT equipment and associated consumables.

It's a genuinely clinical and commercial role. New business development will be a key focus, alongside building relationships with healthcare professionals and providing clinical support and product training. Full training on the product suite will be provided.

What we're looking for Clinical Sales Specialist

• Proven hospital sales experience within medical devices or complex clinical products

• Previous nursing experience within ICU, Critical Care or Renal/Dialysis

• Strong CRRT / renal replacement therapy knowledge

• Proven experience selling into hospitals, with a strong understanding of hospital environments, buying processes and key clinical and commercial stakeholders.

• A track record of building relationships, opening doors and developing new business

• Confidence working with and training clinical teams

This is a home and field-based role covering Northern England from Birmingham upwards, with occasional travel to the company's southern office. All business mileage and travel expenses are covered.

Clinical Sales Specialst Package: Circa £59k salary + £9k car allowance + £3k pager allowance + c.20% annual bonus, 6% employer pension contribution, private healthcare and dental cover.
