Complex Care Nurse | Part Time | Redhill, Surrey

£40,000 FTE (£24,000 Pro Rata NEG | 21 Hours Per Week)

JCO Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a specialist complex care service in Redhill.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking greater flexibility whilst continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive clinical environment.

The Role

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care.

• Support individuals with complex care needs.

• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.

• Contribute to clinical quality, governance and best practice.

Hours

• 21 hours per week

Flexible working pattern between Monday and Friday:

• 3 full days per week or

• 4 half days and 1 full day

Requirements

• Active NMC registration (RGN).

• Experience within complex care.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Passion for delivering outstanding care.

Package

• £40,000 FTE (£24,000 Pro Rata) NEG/DOE
