Registered Manager – NMC registration essential

Salary - £65,000

Full Time - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager, with active nursing registration (Nursing & Midwifery Council), to lead our Clients complex community service.

They specialise in providing complex clinical healthcare to children and young adults within community settings, supporting families to stay together within the family home. Relevant Paediatric Nurse background would be ideal.

The Registered Manager will hold full managerial and operational responsibility for all elements of the CQC to ensure it meets the needs of the clients and its regulatory responsibilities to a consistently high standard. You will lead a team of specialist case management nurses and Care Coordinators to prioritise the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, as well as work with senior management to drive business performance and development opportunities.

Essentially you will be a motivated, focused, friendly and a positive individual with a demonstrable knowledge and experience in the management of complex care delivery within community healthcare settings and working closely with commissioning teams, including local authorities and NHS ICBs. You will also need a valid UK driving licence.
