Laboratory Technician

QC Analyst | Maidstone | On-site

Salary: £33,000 – £49,600 + benefits

We're recruiting a QC Analyst for an established diagnostics and biopharma manufacturer based in Maidstone, Kent.

This is a hands-on QC laboratory role, testing raw materials, in-process materials and finished products, alongside calibration and a working knowledge of Data Integrity and Computer System Validation.

What you'll be doing:

• Lab-based testing and calibration of raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods

• Applying Data Integrity (DI) and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles

• Learning and understanding new equipment and software, not just following a method

• Acting as a go-to for junior colleagues day to day, without formal line management responsibility

• Putting together and delivering presentations

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in microbiology — not a food industry background

• Working knowledge of DI/CSV principles

• Comfortable presenting and communicating clearly at different levels
