We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in the Eastleigh. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

What you’ll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need

UK work eligibility

Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years

Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
