Role: Product Support Application Specialist

Location: South Wales, Field Based (Own vehicle and driving license required)

Hours: Full-time

Contract: 12 months, Inside IR35

Pay: £200 - £230 per day PAYE basic or £265.27 - £305.06 per day Umbrella

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Application Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation.

This is a customer-facing, field-based position, supporting laboratories across South Wales with diagnostic systems, training, troubleshooting and technical support. Full training and induction will be provided.

Varied field-based role working directly with laboratory customers

The Requirements:

Must be based in South Wales

Biomedical Scientist or laboratory experience required

Own vehicle and UK driving licence required

Experience within diagnostics or pathology laboratories advantageous

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable in a customer-facing role

Must be happy to travel throughout the region and across mainland UK

Flexibility for overnight stays when required

The Role:

Visit and support laboratory customers across South Wales

Provide hands-on product and application support

Train laboratory staff on diagnostic systems

Troubleshoot technical and application issues

Support system implementation and optimisation

Build strong relationships with customers

Work alongside technical and engineering specialists

Travel throughout mainland UK when required, including overnight stays
