Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Our Client is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team in Northumberland.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with 2 days working onsite and 3 days remotely per week.

The Job Role Includes:

Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers

Managing case management referrals

Conducting and signing off health surveillance work from Occupational health technician

Providing workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing advice

Supporting managers with advice around employee health and fitness for work

Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high clinical standards

Experience / Skills Required:

NMC Registered Nurse

Occupational Health experience

Experience in case management

Experience in health surveillance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider Occupational Health team

A proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing
