We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to work within care homes, supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Pay Rates

• Weekday Days: £13.00 per hour

• Weekday Nights: £14.00 per hour

• Weekends: £15.00 per hour

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, your duties may include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration

• Supporting residents to maintain their independence

• Following individual care plans

• Maintaining accurate care records

• Working alongside nurses and other care professionals

• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous care or healthcare experience in the UK

• A caring, compassionate and patient approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and professional attitude

• Ability to work a variety of shifts

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
