The home, based in the Overpool area of Ellesmere Port is rated as GOOD by the CQC. You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 80 residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

We have the following permanent contracts available –

PART TIME Care Assistant - DAYS - 24 hrs - £13.79 per hour - Part Time hours. Shifts are 4 x 8am-2pm, alternative weekends.

FULL TIME Care Assistant - DAYS - 39 or 44 hrs - £13.79 per hour - You will be working on a two week rota. Shifts are 8am-8pm, alternative weekends.

FULL TIME Care Assistant - NIGHTS - 33 or 44 hrs - £13.79 per hour - You will be working on a two week rota. Shifts are 8pm-8am, alternative weekends.

Key Responsibilities

·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents.

·Following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
