We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established care home in Congleton, Cheshire. The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care to residents, ensuring their health, wellbeing, dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administering medications and treatments in line with professional guidelines.

• Assessing, planning and evaluating individual care needs.

• Working collaboratively with care staff and healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.

• Supporting residents and families with compassion and professionalism.

• Promoting a safe, comfortable and positive living environment.

Reporting to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, you will be an integral member of the nursing team.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).

• Relevant post-registration nursing experience.

• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
