About The Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day care and wellbeing.

• Providing person-centred care and support to residents
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
• Observing and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff
• Working effectively as part of the wider care team
• Following all relevant care plans, policies and procedures

About You:

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are reliable, caring and professional, with a genuine commitment to supporting others.

You should have:

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker or within a care home
• Relevant mandatory care training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and respectful approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A professional approach to resident care and confidentiality
• A valid DBS on the Update Service is preferred
