Associate Dentist – Plymouth, Devon

Full or Part Time | 2–5 Days per Week | £15 per UDA + 45% Private

MBR Dental is currently assisting an independently owned dental practice in Plymouth, Devon, with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their established and supportive team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for clinical freedom, a well-established patient base, and the opportunity to develop their private dentistry.

The Opportunity

• Full or part-time position – 2–5 days per week

• Up to 5,000 UDAs available

• £15 per UDA

• 45% private fee split

• Monthly pay

• Surgery space available Monday to Friday

• Working hours to be discussed and agreed

• £20,000 relocation package available for dentists undertaking 5,000+ UDAs***

• Well-established patient list

• Excellent potential to grow and develop private dentistry

• Full clinical freedom

• Immediate start available, with notice periods considered

• Typical NHS earnings from £70k - £140k per annum (FTE)

• 18-surgery practice

• Fully computerised

• Access to CBCT and OPG

• Intraoral scanners

• Supportive and experienced clinical team

• Opportunity to work alongside an established team of dental professionals

About You

The practice is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist who is keen to become part of a supportive team.

• GDC registration is essential

• Active NHS Performer Number required

• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but not essential
