Job Description:

Provide high-quality care and stimulation for babies in the nursery

Be responsible for the health and well-being of the children in your care

Oversee the baby room and ensure staff within are following protocal

Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.

What you will need:

A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).

Experience in a baby room setting and the running of it

A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
