Night Support Worker

Job Title:

Housing Night Concierge (2x vacancies) 🏠

Pay:

£14.70 per hour. Annual salaries calculated on the working hours below are £18,347 (Trowbridge) and £20,128 (Bath)

Hours:

Trowbridge: 24 hours per week. Days and hours to be agreed, between the hours of 4pm-2am

Bath: 7.5 hours a day, on a 4 on 4 off rota, between the hours of 4pm - 2am (specific start/finish times to be agreed)

Location:

1x Trowbridge, 1x Bath

Permanent

Requirements:

Previous work in either a night concierge, social housing or care setting in a lone working capacity. Experience in a security-related background will also be considered.

Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be provided.Additional Info:

This role includes evening and night shifts as part of a 4‑on, 4‑off rota. The team are happy to discuss how this schedule will look in practice and can offer some flexibility for the successful candidate
