⏰ Hours: 36hr Contracts (weekends on rotation)

Our client is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join their welcoming and well-established Residential Care Home in Newton le Willows. The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred, however the right personality will go a long way

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)

Most importantly, you'll share our client's values of being professional, compassionate, hard-working, family-orientated and committed to putting residents first.
