Available Roles

Full-Time Care Support Worker (37.5 hours)

Salary: £26,228 per year

Female applicants only. This role is based within an all-women's service and is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Part-Time Care Support Worker (22.5 hours)

Salary: £15,737 per year

Open to all applicants.

What You'll Do

• Support people with daily living and wellbeing

• Encourage independence and personal goals

• Help people access activities, education and the local community

• Build trusted relationships and create a safe, welcoming environment

What You'll Need

✅ A caring and positive attitude

✅ A full UK manual driving licence

✅ Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, including weekends and some night shifts

✅ No previous care experience required
