Clinical Registered Manager

Clinical Registered Manager Location: Glasgow

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Clinical Registered Manager looking to take on an exciting leadership role? Our client is seeking an accomplished Registered Manager to lead a large, premium nursing home.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the nursing home. You will lead from the front, ensuring excellent clinical governance, outstanding resident outcomes and a positive culture for colleagues and families.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home

Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, healthcare regulations and internal quality standards

Leading, supporting and developing clinical teams and other healthcare professionals

Overseeing the development and delivery of effective, personalised care plans

Managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently

Promoting a positive, inclusive and resident-focused environment

Building strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare agencies

Driving continuous improvement across clinical care, compliance and service deliveryPackage and Benefits

Be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN

Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent

Have previous experience in a management role within a nursing home

Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, organisational and operational management skills

Have a sound understanding of nursing home compliance, clinical governance and CQC requirements

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
