Job Title: Nursery Nurse

Location: Bristol

Job Type: Full-Time, Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day

Job Overview:

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking experienced Nursery Nurses to work across nursery and early years settings in Bristol. The successful candidates will provide high-quality care and support to young children, helping them develop through play, structured activities and everyday routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children in an early years setting.
• Support children's learning and development through play.
• Assist with communication, language, physical and social development.
• Support daily routines, activities and transitions.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff.
• Support children with SEN and additional needs where required.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse or within an early years setting.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring and reliable approach.
• SEN experience would be desirable but is not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
