Role :Female Support Worker

Location: Coates, Whittlesey PE7

Hours :Monday–Sunday | 8am–10pm

UK Driving Licence required

Rate of Pay

£12.84 per hour, up to £14.34 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role

You’ll support a lady living in supported accommodation, providing minimal support with personal care and household tasks, alongside visual observation, verbal prompts and reassurance when needed.

You’ll help her:

Build independence with everyday tasks

Access the local community using her own manual car

Enjoy activities including bowling, art group and social clubs

Attend her monthly evening disco/club and church on Sundays

Shop, plan meals and develop daily living skills

Feel heard, respected and valuedFrom creating her weekly menu to enjoying a day out, you’ll be there to support her every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is patient, compassionate, resilient and encouraging, with a genuine desire to help someone live an independent and fulfilling life.

Epilepsy experience and a UK driving licence are required. Previous care experience is beneficial, but your values and attitude matter most.
