Job Specification / Candidate Criteria

• Qualified Children’s Nurse / Paediatric Nurse (RGN/RCN), RGN or RNID with current NMBI registration.
• Previous experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and/or complex medical needs.
• Strong knowledge and experience in caring for children with complex medical conditions and additional needs.
• Experience with PEG feeding, enteral feeding and medication administration.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and suctioning where required.
• Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory support and experience managing seizures/epilepsy and following individualised care plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Valid RGN/RCN/RNID Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)
• Eligible to work in Ireland
