Agence régionale de santé Occitanie recherche un Gestionnaire administratif ESMS – Unité « Personnes âgées » pour la Lozère. Prise de poste souhaitée le 1er janvier 2027, niveau Bac+2/Bac+3.
Vous assurez le suivi budgétaire et administratif des ESMS et accompagnez les structures dans leurs projets. Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec la cadre référente et coordonnez le suivi de 36 établissements et services médico-sociaux.
