Clinical Role Overview
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Technician – Education and Training for Pharmacy Aseptic Services. The role focuses on developing the aseptic workforce, delivering induction and competency assessments, and maintaining training records to ensure GMP, PQS and national standards compliance.
Working with the Accountable Pharmacist and senior aseptic team, the post holder will identify training needs, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement in aseptic practice
