Assistant Site Manager

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Site Manager with previous PLC residential experience to support the delivery of a residential development.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with an established contractor/developer.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations and coordination of trades.

Monitor subcontractor performance, build quality and progress against programme.

Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.

Ensure health & safety procedures and site standards are maintained.

Support plot completions, handovers and overall project delivery.

Requirements

Previous Assistant Site Manager experience with a PLC housebuilder or residential developer.

Good understanding of residential build processes and NHBC standards.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
