Clinical Role Overview

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will support our E-commerce team in the day-to-day operation of Panasonic and Technics online stores across Central & Eastern Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:

creating and updating product pages , including product information, images and other content

supporting new product launches and making sure products are published with complete and correct information

checking and updating prices and product data

working with Excel reports and comparing information from different sources

performing regular checks to identify missing, inconsistent or incorrect information

supporting online promotions and voucher codes

updating landing pages and campaign content

supporting email marketing and newsletters , including checking campaign materials before launch

coordinating content updates and local-language versions across CEE markets

supporting SEO and content activities in cooperation with external agencies

maintaining product selections used for online merchandising and digital campaigns

cooperating with internal teams, agencies and e-commerce partners

following established processes and checklists to make sure changes are implemented consistently and accurately

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

are careful and reliable , even when working on recurring tasks

understand that in e-commerce a small mistake in a price, product specification or promotion can matter

like checking your own work before considering a task finished

can follow a process consistently instead of taking shortcuts

learn from corrections and try to prevent the same mistake from happening again

can stay focused when working with spreadsheets, product information and repetitive data

have good Excel skills

are comfortable with computers and learn new digital tools quickly

have an analytical mindset and enjoy investigating discrepancies

can organize your work when several small tasks need attention at the same time

communicate comfortably in English

want to learn e-commerce step by step through practical experience

Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, online marketplaces, SEO, analytics or digital advertising is welcome, but not required .

There is plenty to learn here, but the purpose of this traineeship is first to build strong e-commerce fundamentals and become really good at operational execution .
