We are recruiting for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, forward-thinking dental practice in Brighton.

This is a predominantly private role with a small NHS commitment of approximately 1000 UDAs across 2 days. The practice is ideally looking for a clinician with experience in Invisalign and/or Dental Implants, although this is not essential.

Role Details

• Permanent position


• 2 days per week


• Flexible working days available Monday to Saturday


• Practice hours:
  
  
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  
  
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
  
  


• Predominantly private position


• Approximately 1000 UDAs across 2 days


• UDA rate: £13 - £15 per UDA depending on experience


• 45% private split


• Excellent private earning potential


• Established patient base with scope to grow


• Visa sponsorship available


• Unfortunately, PLVE mentorship is not available

Candidate Requirements

• GDC registered Dentist


• Minimum 3 years' UK clinical experience required


• Strong private dentistry experience preferred


• Invisalign and/or Implant experience would be highly desirable


• Patient-focused with excellent communication skills


• Able to build strong, lasting patient relationships


• Committed to delivering high standards of clinical care
