Associate Dentist

In this role at mydentist Hinckley, you will deliver a mix of NHS and private dentistry, shaping restorative and cosmetic treatments within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. You’ll work across NHS and private cases, leveraging digital tools and a strong referral network to drive patient outcomes and care quality. • provide NHS and private dental treatments across a mixed caseload
• use digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanner, CBCT) to plan and execute care
• collaborate with hygienists, therapists, and a treatment co-ordinator to maximise patient care and conversion
• participate in the practice’s training programmes and development opportunities
• support private patient conversion and maintain high standards of clinical governance
• align with partnerships with whitening and implant/product providers
